In his speech on "Teachers and Mentors Day", the head of our country sincerely congratulated the teachers on the holiday and noted that “In recent years, in order to comprehensively develop our country, create a new Uzbekistan, radical reforms have being carried out in the education system, as well as in all areas. We set our main goal to create a new Renaissance, the foundations of the Third Renaissance in Uzbekistan, through large-scale democratic reforms, including educational reforms."  In this regard, a large-scale work is being carried out at the institute. On December 19, 2020, was held a meeting of young trainees of the Faculty of Land Management with the participation of Professor B.A. Khudayarov, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Sh.K.Narbaev, the dean of the faculty. The meeting was attended by 7 young trainee teachers. A roadmap was drawn up with recommendations for the development of the teacher-student system.
