Akbarov Muxiddin Sadriddinovich

In 1978, Mukhiddin Akbarov graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, Faculty of Land Management. From this year, he worked in this institute as a senior laboratory assistant, assistant and senior teacher. Since 1998, he has been working effectively as a deputy dean at the faculty. At the same time as his pedagogical activity, Akbarov M.S. has been making a significant contribution to the training of qualified personnel for land resource management, land surveying, land cadaster, geodesy, cartography and cadastral fields, as well as educating highly educated and highly moral young people. He has published more than thirty scientific articles and theses. Including, he is the author of more than twenty methodological instructions. He authored a total of 5 textbooks, including 3 textbooks within the TEMPUS international project. Also, articles on land resources management and youth education were published in public publications of our republic (newspapers, magazines, pamphlets). Mukhiddin Akbarov advanced his qualifications in the field at the Royal University of Sweden in 2010 and at the University of Western Europe in 2014, at the University of Greenwich in England in 2015, and at the University of West Hungary in 2015.

Eshova Hurriyat Hurramova

Hurriyat Eshova graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the National University of Uzbekistan in 2007-2011. In 2013-2014, he graduated from the Department of Information Services Technology Specialist at the National University of Uzbekistan. In 2017-2018, he worked as a teacher at the Tashkent College of Culture, and from 2018 to the present, he worked as a deputy dean for work with youth at the Faculty of Land Resources and Cadaster of the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. Hurriyat Eshova works with young people at the faculty, adapts students to university life, organizes spiritual and educational activities with students, educates highly moral and well-rounded young people. Hurriyat Eshova is engaged in scientific research and research activities as an independent researcher. 09.00.04 - he is conducting research on the dissertation work on the topic “The role of state organizations and civil society institutions in protecting young people from moral threats” in the specialty of social philosophy. To date, 19 scientific works have been published based on the results of the research.

Axmadaliyev Vaxobjon Abdiraxmonovich

In 2005, Vahobjon Akhmadaliev graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Reclamation with a master’s degree in the field of land surveying and land cadastre. In 2005-2007, he worked as a building and design engineer at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Reclamation, and in 2007-2011, he worked as a manager in the student town. In 2010-2015, he worked as an assistant at the “Geodesy and land cadastre” department of the institute, and in 2015-2017, he worked as an assistant at the “Land structure and land relations” department. Since 2017, he has been working as an assistant of the “State Cadastres” department of the “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University and as a deputy dean of the “Land Resources and Cadastre” faculty. Vahobjon Akhmadaliev works with young students at the faculty, their adaptation to the university life and the educational process, as well as organizing various competitions, spiritual and educational activities with students, as well as educating highly moral and educated young people. Vahobjon Akhmadaliev is engaged in scientific research and research activities as an independent researcher. 06.01.10 - he is conducting research on the topic of “Improving the organizational and economic foundations of increasing the efficiency of land use in the livestock sector” in the specialty “Land formation, cadastre and land monitoring”. To date, more than 15 scientific and methodological works have been published based on the results of research.

Abduraxmonov Sarvar Narzullayevich

In 2005, Sarvar Abdurakhmanov graduated from Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, majoring in "Applied Geodesy". In 2005-2017, he worked as an assistant, senior teacher of the Department of "Geodesy and Land Cadastre" of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Reclamation, and in 2011-2018, he worked as a deputy dean. In 2019, he successfully defended his thesis and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in technical sciences, in 2021 he received the degree of the title of associate professor in the specialty “Geodesy. Cartography”. Since 2021, he has been working as an associate professor of the “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” department and deputy dean of the “Land Resources and Cadastre” faculty of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. Sarvar Abdurakhmanov conducts scientific research in the areas of geodesy and cartography, land cadastre, land use economy and organization of efficient use of pasture lands. S.N.Abdurakhmanov published more than 150 scientific and methodological pamphlets during his teaching career. In particular, he has published more than 90 scientific articles. 10 training manuals, 5 monographs, 7 author's certificates for inventions were published at republican and international conferences, in foreign scientific journals included in the Scopus database. In 2022, he advanced his qualifications at S. Sayfulin Kazakhstan University of Agricultural Technologies, and in the same year at the Russian Federation, Moscow City, and Moscow State Land Management University. Sarvar Abdurakhmanov took part in the development of state educational standards, qualification students and educational programs in the field of geodesy and geoinformatics education in the field of geodesy and geoinformatics in order to improve the personnel training system in the higher education system, and apply best practices to the educational process. He actively participates in the effective organization of the educational process at the faculty, the introduction of the credit-module system of teaching in the educational process, and the development of cooperation with prestigious foreign universities.

In 2014, Sanjar Khikmatullaev graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Reclamation, majoring in Geodesy and Cartography. In 2016-2019, he worked as an assistant at the “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” department of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. In 2023, he successfully defended his thesis and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in technical sciences. Since 2023, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” department and deputy dean of the “Land resources and cadastre” faculty at the “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University. Sanjar Khikmatullaev conducts scientific research in the fields of geodesy, cartography, geoinformatics, cadastre. During his teaching career, Sanjar Khikmatullaev published more than 50 scientific and methodological pamphlets. In particular, he has published more than 40 scientific articles. In particular, 3 educational manuals, 3 monographs, 4 author's certificates for inventions, scientific articles were published in republican and international conferences, in foreign scientific journals included in the Scopus database. Sanjar Khikmatullaev took part in the development of training programs in the field of geodesy and geoinformatics in order to improve the personnel training system in the higher education system, to apply best practices to the educational process.
