The fact that professors and teachers of higher education institutions share their knowledge with students and the teaching staff in the school + university system is a sign of educational and cultural development purpose. The reason is the scientific and pedagogical team organizes conversations with young people to help them set a goal and achieve it. As the President says, “... we should prepare children for life, not for exams. But it is also difficult for an uneducated student to find a place in life.” Therefore, the work with the students of this school is attached to the faculty of "Land Management" of our institute, and despite the short time, the initial work is organized according to the developed road map.

In this regard, on December 25, 2020, a conversation on "Career Orientation" and a master class on "Fun Mathematics" were organized for 11th grade students of 274th comprehensive school in Yunusabad district. In particular, the faculty team led by Sharafitdin Narbaev, dean of the Faculty of Land Management  held a roundtable discussion on vocational guidance with graduates of secondary school No. 274 in Yunusabad district. Experience sharing and professional development not only motivate students to find their place in the future, but also open the door to opportunity and talent. It is noteworthy that the event, which was attended by the dean, was full of questions and answers. Also, a master class on "Fun Mathematics" was organized by a teacher of "Higher Mathematics" Akiljon Ergashev. The master class increased the students' interest in mathematics.
